Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using software.firstreviewers.com (the "Site"), owned and operated by First Reviewers ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

First Reviewers is an independent review network operated by Rishabh Sharma. Our sites publish hands-on reviews, comparisons, and guides for small businesses. This site, software.firstreviewers.com, covers business software, and the network hub is firstreviewers.com.

2. What this site is

First Reviewers is an informational website. Our content reflects our own testing, research, and opinions. To be clear about what we are not:

• We are not a software vendor or reseller
• We are not licensed financial advisors, tax professionals, accountants, or attorneys
• We are not a substitute for professional business advice

3. No professional advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Reviews of accounting and finance tools describe software features, not guidance for your specific situation. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions with legal, tax, or financial consequences.

4. Accuracy and pricing

Software companies change pricing, features, and plans frequently. Our content reflects what we observed during our testing period, and we update pages when we learn of changes. The price shown on the vendor's official website is always the final price. We make no guarantee that information on this Site is complete, current, or free of error, and results described in our testing may differ from yours based on your setup and usage.

5. Affiliate relationships

Some links on the Site are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Our affiliate relationships do not influence our reviews, ratings, rankings, or opinions. We publish negative reviews when products earn them, regardless of commission size. Full details are in our Affiliate Disclosure.

6. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or its admin areas
• Scrape, crawl, or extract content with automated tools at scale
• Republish, redistribute, or sell our content without written permission
• Interfere with the Site's normal operation or security features
• Submit false or misleading information through our contact channels

Our content

All original content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, page design, and our testing frameworks, is the property of First Reviewers and protected by copyright. You may share links to our pages and quote short excerpts with a visible link back to the source. You may not republish full articles, use our content commercially, or remove attribution without our written permission.

Third-party trademarks

Product names, logos, and brands shown on the Site belong to their respective owners. They are used for identification and review purposes only, and their appearance does not imply endorsement by or partnership with those companies unless explicitly stated.

8. Third-party links and products

The Site links to external websites, including the products we review. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, pricing, availability, security, or privacy practices. Any purchase you make with a third party is between you and that third party.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• First Reviewers and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, which is zero, because the Site is free
• We are not liable for losses connected to software purchases or business decisions made based on our content
• We are not liable for the performance, availability, pricing, or policies of any third-party product we review

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless First Reviewers, its operator, and contributors from claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Changes to these Terms
